A bit about who we’re after

Are you a person that can generate ideas? Are you a person that can write? Can you do both of those things really, really well? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Waste are looking Midweight Creative to bolster the conceptual capabilities of their Creative team. We’re a fast-growing digital agency based in Farringdon, and we’re on the hunt for someone enthusiastic and ideas-driven to work on a good mix of projects. You’ll have 3-4 years of experience, a good knowledge of social platforms and a love for sharing ideas.

Our clients are pretty diverse, so it’s important that we find someone flexible, who can switch between TOVs seamlessly. You might be speaking to homeowners one minute and mobile gamers the next. It doesn’t matter if you can’t scamp brilliantly, but you should definitely have a creative outlook, and an interest in design would be a plus. Most of all, we need someone bold and original who’s full of ideas and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries now and again.

 

A bit about us

Waste are an independent digital creative agency, founded in June 2006. Fuelled by the purpose of not letting good ideas go to waste, we know the importance of speed, efficiency and innovation when it comes to digital creative. We are 55 people strong, and work with the likes of Supercell, the biggest mobile gaming company in the world; the Centrica group of companies; Camelot, who run The National Lottery; fashion house Mulberry; and entertainment leaders, Warner Bros. We’re all about a no-nonsense, no fuss, approach to digital creative. In short, we hate waste.

 

The role requires:

  • Someone who can work simultaneously across multiple accounts
  • Someone positive and responsible who collaborates well with other creatives
  • Someone keen to learn who isn’t precious about ideas
  • Someone who can turn a thought from a brainstorm into a well-written concept
  • Someone who can present with confidence
  • Someone who is can take strategic insight and use it to shape sound creative concepts
  • Someone who understands digital formats and social platforms, and is across the latest trends and innovation
  • Someone as at home with display creative as big campaign thinking
  • Someone happy to see their idea realised and live within a week
